  The owners are our next-door neighbors and really good, honest, hard-working folks.  We occasionally order out for our evening family meal and it's always a treat.
  
  I think this is one of the hidden gems in Grand Blanc.  I say "hidden" because they are in the strip mall plaza in the middle of downtown Grand Blanc next to Sophia's Kitchen.  From Saginaw St. China Jade was always behind the former gas station Citgo, but now that that building has been torn down you can see China Jade from the main road.  We've talked to them and business has picked up since the Citgo building has been torn down and my hope is that people will realize that there is a quality Chinese takeout restaurant in Grand Blanc:  China Jade.

  Very bad Chinese food. And I've had a lot of variety (different Chinese joints) It's right downtown, and been around forever but has never been that good. I got hot and spicy shrimp tonight and it came with white rice, and it had 6 small pieces of shrimp in a container with 100 slivered onions and green peppers. Very odd and expensive for the low quality.

  HORRIBLE!
  Fake Chinese food -
  unsure IF food was even cooked in a wok?
  Fried rice was NOT fried and tasted like Styrofoam - which tells me it was leftover and reheated and reserved.

  I wish I could give this place zero stars.  From the time I placed my carry out call, I was disgusted with the customer service. When I couldn't understand what the waitress was saying while placing my order, she got a major attitude, failed to tell me how long until my order was ready, or the price of the food and then proceeded to hang up on me without saying 'bye.' At this point I was already contemplating not picking up my order, but lucky for her, it was a Friday evening and I really wanted Chinese food. When I finally arrived 15 mins later, I walked up to the counter with my debit card out, to which (I presume was the same woman on the phone) the waitress walked away and started clearing pots and pans. (Not even close to closing time.) Finally, fed up, I asked if anyone was working here. She responded by rolling her eyes and saying "You have carry out? General pso?" At this point, I picked up my credit card and said "Nevermind, you can cancel my order." I refuse give money to an establishment that treats its patrons like that. I'll go down the street. No thanks China Jade.

  Good fried rice and egg rolls, but awful shrimp lo mein. I threw it out. This is a carry out restaurant. They have only one or two tables. Order at the counter and get the food to go. I was disappointed to learn it was not a bigger restaurant. It's fine for carry out, but nothing more. The inside cleanliness was also disappointing. Orders are completed fast, within 15 minutes or less, usually much less. It's not far from my home, so I do carry out here now and then, but it could be better if I'm being honest.
